Pipe Core has strengthened its local ROM high-pressure sewer jetter range, with new electric models arriving alongside fuel-powered configurations.
The latest arrivals build on Pipe Core’s existing ROM offering and reflect a continued investment in making quality sewer cleaning equipment readily available to customers across Australia and New Zealand.
With electric and fuel-powered configurations now held locally, contractors have greater flexibility to select a machine suited to their vehicle, workload and operating environment.
Across the range, ROM combines high-pressure cleaning performance with a strong focus on operator usability, compact design and long-term reliability.
Depending on the model, features include professional wireless remote controls, powered high-pressure reels, pivoting reel and hose guide functions, built-in machine protection and intelligent operating feedback.
These features are designed to make day-to-day operation more efficient while reducing unnecessary movement and manual hose handling for operators.
“Selecting the right sewer jetter should involve more than simply comparing pressure and flow figures,” said Pipe Core Technical Manager Sergej Fast.
“There isn’t one jetter that is right for every contractor. We look at the type of work the customer is doing, the vehicle they’re operating, the water capacity they need and the environments they’re working in, and then help them select a configuration that makes sense for their business.”
The ROM range includes multiple pressure and flow configurations across the Cube, e-Cube, EcoNomic and e-EcoNomic models, allowing equipment to be matched more closely to the cleaning task and application.
Fast said ROM’s attention to operator-focused design was another important consideration.
“ROM has put a lot of thought into how these machines are used throughout the working day. Features such as remote control, powered reels and, on applicable models, the pivoting reel and hose guide give the operator greater control from where they’re actually working and can reduce unnecessary manual handling.”
Compact machine architecture is also an important feature of the range.
The ROM Cube and e-Cube are just 960 mm wide, designed to fit between the wheel arches of smaller commercial vehicles and preserve valuable vehicle space for water, tools and other equipment.
Alongside equipment supply, Pipe Core provides local equipment specification and application support, commissioning and operator training, as well as ongoing maintenance, spare parts and technical support.
See the ROM e-Cube at International No-Dig
The 100 per cent electric ROM e-Cube will be on display with Pipe Core at International No-Dig in Auckland, giving visitors the opportunity to inspect the machine and its features first-hand.
Designed for applications where noise and local exhaust emissions are an important consideration, the e-Cube offers low operating noise and produces no exhaust emissions at the worksite, making it well suited to residential, indoor and other sensitive working environments.
Following International No-Dig, the e-Cube will take part in a New Zealand roadshow and be available for customer demonstrations, giving contractors the opportunity to see the equipment in operation and assess how it could suit their own applications.
