Engineered to permanently seal leaks from inside the pipe, Aquapea helps reduce non-revenue water by targeting and closing leaks quickly without shutdowns or excavation, cutting water loss and reinstatement time while keeping customers online.
Aquapea is a clean, cost-effective and sustainable alternative to dig-and-replace methods, and a smart option for plumbers and leak detectors working on hard-to-access services, driveways and landscaped areas. The system also works on hot water lines, extending its usefulness across residential and commercial applications.
The process is straightforward. A small resin-filled “pea” is introduced at an external meter chamber and carried by normal line pressure to the point of escape. Drawn into the defect by the flow of water, the advanced polymer forms a durable seal through and around the leak—no digging, no shutdown, and minimal disruption.
Aquapea kits are available for pipe sizes from DN15 to DN50.
